Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West

Fairly clean accommodation, best and decent staff at reception desk. Great-sized units with the bathroom, very soft, for example. Particularly good and the best location, near Karst Gallery.

The units are modern, huge with a balcony, TV, 2 bathrooms🙂

The restaurant was awesome at the lobby, we ordered excellent dishes. The view of the beach and ocean from the window was exceptional.

Had a really really nice stay except for the first night, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was close to beach & pools, Florida on the beach, and many kosher eateries and shul. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Moncheese Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The staff was knowledgeable, gave advice about the city.

It was blissful to relax by the beach and soak in the sun while sipping drinks on the terrace. The only small hiccup was the noise from the hallway, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 🌞

Getting a hold of anyone at the West feels like an impossible task, almost like they're in another galaxy. The AC in the room put up a fight , refusing to cool down properly. The beach service left a lot to be desired. Long waits for beach chairs really crimped the relaxation vibe. The food prices were steep, pushing you to consider dining options outside the hotel instead.

The food scene is lit! Dive into some sweet organic Quebec cheeses paired with local treats like the flan and seafood at Flanigan's. Plus, the nearby Serendipity Yogurt Cafe is a real gem for a quick snack. Oh, and the beach access was A+ for chilling out after a busy day.

The rooftop pool is fine, perfectly situated near the beach. The spacious suite offered great amenities!

The pools were nice, but my room was noisy facing the parking lot.

The beachside location was unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. Enjoyed fresh Mediterranean food nearby, a good bonus. The service quality seemed to decline, as we experienced wait times and a lack of attention from staff. Basic amenities were reduced, like the absence of welcome drinks and just paper cups provided in the room.

Beach access and loungers were great, but staff could be more attentive.

I had a fantastic stay here! The two full bathrooms in our room were super convenient, and relaxing on the large patio was a highlight. Plus, the beautiful landscaped grounds added a special touch that exceeded my expectations.

The business amenities provided were excellent. The conference room was well-equipped, which significantly assisted in my meetings. The staff were pretty good in, especially during check-in and check-out. The rooftop pool offered a perfect relaxation spot after a long day of work.

The Grand Beach Hotel Surfside West has a fantastic beachfront location. Our spacious room had amazing ocean views, and the rooftop pool provided the perfect spot. The staff was attentive and very accommodating throughout our stay.

The air conditioning didn't work that well, a bit uncomfortable.

Great Stay with Room for Improvement

The spacious room was a highlight! The limited amenities were a mild inconvenience. For beach access, be mindful of crossing the street. Bring your own snacks, as dining options are minimal nearby.
